  The staff are friendly and approachable but the service is variable. MOT’s when it passes expect a long list of advisory’s and if you ask them to quote for repairs expect it to cost a lot more than elsewhere. They quoted me for a new caliper once at £1200 I replaced it myself for a genuine item at £180! Tyres are cheap but they save money by not cleaning the old wheel weight residue off and by using cheap silver wheel weights. This doesn’t look good on black wheels when they are right on show as they haven’t bothered to recalculate the weight to be hidden behind the spokes - Lazy Went in for a puncture repair on a two week old Tyre to be told it wasn’t repairable and I needed a new tyre. Having looked at it myself I measured it at 2.5” from the edge so I took it elsewhere who laughed and repaired it saying it was absolutely fine. On another occasion was told my tracking wasn’t out, they couldn’t explain the uneven tyre wear or why it pulled left. Funnily enough I went elsewhere and it was out... So just to clarify you’ve let me down on MOT’s/Tracking/Tyre fitting and puncture repairs. Don’t think I will be using Chineham Basingstoke MOT and Tyre centre again you’ve had too many chances.
