  Having called the office for information I was directed to visit the Basingstoke depot to speak to a specific manager. I went to the site and requested so see this member of staff. I politely introduced myself, holding out a handshake. This was ignored. Followed by a "what do you want?!". I explained that I had been directed to him by the central customer service office, only to basically get, "no, they've got it wrong" as he turned to return behind a coded door. No "how can I help?" or "sorry, but unfortunately you've had a wasted trip" etc. Just plain RUDE.
