  Went along to have 4 new tyres on my car. Said it will take about an hour. Pop into town when I returned they managed to snap of one of my locking wheel bolts. The top of the bolt was snapped off leaving rest of bolt in wheel. They said nothing they can do as they tried to bang another socket on it to release it bit made it worse. Had to pay £110.00 for someone to come out to get it out. Had to go back to get that tyre changed then they managed to snap off another bolt while tighten them up leaving end off bolt in wheel. Said to manager he got to take off caliper and disc to get bolt out he said he not trained on breaking system so nothing he can do. Tried to get hold of there customer services but no joy. Won't be using them again
