  Went in for a power lead so I could get my photos of an old laptop. It was £42. They suggested instead that I buy a hard drive storage unit tor £14 which is really what I needed. The chap even took my hard drive out of my laptop and fit it into my new gadget. Fabulous service. Thank you.

  Went in looking for some capacitors to repair my TV, spoke to a guy called Jamie, I said to him I was looking for these parts and handed him the parts that I needed to replace, he took me to the department in the store where these bit where kept and within a couple of minutes found all the parts I needed, was a really helpful and polite. Must say a great thank-you to Jamie as my TV is now had the parts replaced and is working as it should do.
