  A bit confusing appointment system, where to go etc. Got handed off to different people. Would be better if one person did all. Glasses fitting felt rushed and like they want you gone inside 3 mins. Everyone friendly though

  A very poor in-store experience, with a rude and unhelpful staff working front of house. Seeking a simple transaction as a long term Specsavers customer, I do not think it is reasonable to leave someone for 45-minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge their enquiry.

  Poor service waiting for 30 minutes to get seen and poor management skills. Because she tells the staff to do things for her where she could do it her self. There is no team play in the management team but I take hat off to the rest of the staff
