  I was very pleased with the recent service experience. I did feel the cost was a little high for a 3 year service, but that’s a main dealer thing I guess. I felt like my car was well looked after, and the health check video really is a great chance to see the underbody of your car (if you’re interested in that sort of thing!) Also respected my wish for them to not wash the car. I felt very well looked after!

  Bought a new Focus from here and I can’t fault the service. Very personal and good level of attention. The car came to me immaculately detailed and the sales rep was very thorough with the handover. She explained all the details and features on the car. A1 service would definitely recommend.

  Booked my Fiesta in for a service there and I would highly recommend it. The staff where very nicely and friendly. I was running late I rang in and the phone was answered in a timely manner and the girl I spoke to was very polite and understanding. I can’t say I had the same experience at my local dealers. Highly recommend it to anyone.
