  Great car, appalling service. Long story short Nissan have *two* service databases - supposedly well known to the dealerships (as you'd expect) - and my service plan was registered on the 2nd one by Nissan central. But because a 3rd party dealership sold me the car and Westway couldn't find me on the 1st DB and didn't look on the 2nd, they wouldn't service my car (which they only told me after the car was dropped off) and were extremely rude in refusing to even help me understand or resolve the problem, or recognise their part in wasting my time. First rule of customer service guys - don't make it the customer's problem. Will never take my business here again.
